If you’re up right now, unable to rest… come sit with me for a moment.

This hour has a way of uncovering everything you’ve tucked away —

the fears, the memories, the questions you push aside during the day.

Nothing is “wrong” with you.

Your mind is simply asking to be heard.

Place one hand on your chest.

Feel your breath moving — even if it’s shaky, even if it’s slow.

You are here.

You are alive.

You are trying.

Let this be your map back to steadiness:

  1. Name what hurts. Whisper it. Let it be real.

  2. Let your shoulders drop. You don’t have to carry the world tonight.

  3. Breathe in for four… Hold for two… Exhale for six.
    Longer exhales tell your body you are safe.

  4. Say gently to yourself:
    “I’m allowed to rest. I don’t need all the answers right now.”

You are not lost.

You are not behind.

You are simply moving through a sacred, quiet moment of being human.
